How do you register for a CNA Class?

Prospective students have two options for registering for CNA Classes.


1) In Person. The easiest method to register is to schedule an appointment located at 1330 E 8th St, Suite 317, Odessa, TX. You’ll complete an application and the required paperwork.


2) Online. If you’re unable to visit our office, registering online is simple. Please complete the online inquiry form and submit your required documents via email to info@xcelleratednurseaidetraining.com. From there, we’ll send you an invoice for payment.


After submitting your paperwork, a state-mandated background check will be performed prior to admission.

How much does it cost? Does XNAT offer payment plans?

Our CNA Classes currently are $850 total. $100 is a non-refundable Application Fee while the other $750 is the cost of tuition that is due first day of school. We accept CashApp, Venmo, credit cards, money orders, checks, and cash.

** There is a 3.2% fee assessed to ALL credit card payments. **

What documents are required?

You will need the following documents and paperwork:

  1. Driver’s License/Photo ID - Any state-issued DL or ID will work.
  2. Social Security Card/Green Card/Work Visa
  3. High School/College Diploma/Transcript/GED - Transcripts can be from high school or your current university.
  4. Current TB Test - Valid Tuberculosis Tests must be from within the calendar year.

Does XNAT offer financial aid? 

Unfortunately, we do not offer financial aid for our course. If a prospective student needs aid, we highly encourage you to seek assistance via WorkForce Solutions Permian Basin. Qualified students can earn financial assistance from them. You’ll need to contact WorkForce Solutions for more information.

What’s a TB Test and where do I get one?

A TB (Tuberculosis) Test is required by the state of Texas to work at healthcare facilities and will be necessary when students are doing their Clinical Hours in our CNA Class. TB Tests must be current within the calendar year. Testing is offered at Drug Screen Compliance - Lou's LAB.

Do you offer online classes? 

We do not offer online classes at this time

How many hours is the course and how does the Clinical side work?

Our CNA Class is 100 Hours Total. 60 of those are Classroom and Lab while the other 40 are in the Clinical setting. Clinical testing will be performed at a local facility here in Odessa.

What supplies are needed for the CNA Class?

Xcellerated Nurse Aide Training provides students with workbooks, textbooks, and all materials needed for the lab. Students are responsible for pens, pencils, notebooks, and highlighters for taking notes, but you are encouraged to bring whatever else you may be needed for studying/notes. 

Is there a Dress Code?

We do not require students to wear scrubs during the Class/Lab portion of our CNA Class. However, scrubs will be required for Clinical testing. Students are also required to have a short fingernails and hair pulled back during Clinicals. 

What is the testing process to become officially certified with the state of Texas?

After completion of the CNA Program, students are registered with the State of Texas and Prometric. Prometric administers the state tests. Students are responsible for state registration and for PAYING FOR BOTH PORTIONS OF THE STATE EXAMINATION.
